We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to validate all prices before we process your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.

Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products may vary. All product measurements are approximate. Product colours may vary. Descriptions such as “gold”, “silver”, “diamond” refer to the colour and not the precious metals or gemstones.

You can buy products from us online. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched. When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

Package & Postage

UK-Mainland

Package and postage is free on all purchases made to the value of £30.00 or more and that will be despatched to the UK mainland. Orders under the price of £30.00 will incur a charge of £4.95

For non-UK Mainland customers, there is a flat rate for shipping cost. This will apply on your checkout page.

We normally deliver in around seven to ten working days though we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us to confirm and send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us.

Please note: the buyer is responsible for return postage.

Please note that we can only offer refunds for CD-ROMs if they are returned to us unopened and unused.

If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours.

Please also note that if your order qualified for free postage and packaging, and you decide to return some items that would bring your order below the free postage line, we will refund your goods minus our standard postage charge of £4.95. In addition, if your order included a multibuy discount that you would no longer qualify for after returning items, the discount you received will be taken off your refund amount.
