We have refreshed our membership scheme to bring you something new and exciting, introducing CCW Gems.

Our membership scheme now has three tiers – Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond.

You will receive 1 Gem for every £1 you spend our our website, by accruing Gems – you will move up through the ranks.

Ruby Level entitles you to 5% off all orders and a £10 birthday voucher.

Sapphire Level entitles you to 10% off all orders and a £10 birthday voucher.

Diamond Level entitles you to 20% discount off all orders. Free shipping and a £10 birthday voucher.

If you purchased the membership product from now on, you will automatically start at Sapphire level.

If you have purchased a membership since 1st May 2021 – you will automatically start at Sapphire level which entitles you to 10% off all orders and a £10 birthday voucher which is automatically generated – please make sure your birthday field is completed in your profile.

Your points from any purchases made since 1st May 2021 will be moved across and added to your balance.

Gems are valid for one calendar year from date of purchase.

Gems cannot be redeemed against purchases.
